I’m coming back to the Blog after a few weeks away. This morning I read Job 38-39, stunned at God himself; there are no words to adequately convey his greatness. Do I even begin to comprehend? My thoughts feel lame before the wonder of who he really is; a reality I see in snatches, but His glory exceeds my gaze. I fall down in worship and awe and pledge anew to live in holiness, truth and love.

Please share this with the men at McFBC, and especially those that were in the “Cammo Choir”.
We recently had 2 young women added to our staff at work. I have been trying to encourage them in their faith. Both started coming to McFBC. Then they saw the “Cammo Choir”. WOW
I think all the women that day were shaken by how many men left their seats to take a stand and join their brothers in praising God. With so much divorce and worldly temptations attacking the Christians today, many of us have either stopped dating, or compromise. But the men that day and God’s Holy Spirit touched a lot of us.
The next day at work one of the young ladies I’d been trying to encourage shared this: Seeing how many neat guys were Christians and taking a stand to sing up there in front of everybody gave me the hope and confidence to break up with my boyfriend. He was not the right guy for me, but I didn’t have the courage to get out of this bad relationship. Now I see that I have a choice.
